Each registration is for a single user only. You may not share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.


You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete.

You are not permitted to use automated programs for such purposes and any such use or attempted use by you of such automated programs is at your own risk. English law shall apply to these Terms. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All notice sent by post will be deemed to have been received 3 working days after the date of posting.

We operate a system to ensure that all customer feedback is dealt with fairly and consistently, and is properly recorded. We aim to acknowledge all customer feedback.


Phone calls directed to our advertisers may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

  1. General


We may from to time to time change the content of this Site or suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Site, which may include your access to it. Subject to our notifying you to the contrary, any amendments or new content to this Site will be subject to these Terms.


These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance on any warranty or representation made by us (unless made fraudulently). If a court decides that any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, that particular part of these Terms will not apply, but the rest of these Terms will.   1. Landlord Obligations


The Landlord agrees to co-operate with www.moveplot.co.uk as may be required


Where the Property is subject to a mortgage or held on a long leasehold, the Landlord agrees to obtain permission from his/her Mortgage Company or Superior Landlord to let the Property. The Lender/Superior Landlord may charge the landlord a fee for giving their consent; or alter their interest rate and/or request a copy of the Tenancy Agreement.


The Landlord agrees to notify his/her insurance company of their intention to let the Property and agrees to ensure that the property is covered with a fully comprehensive insurance policy for all insured risks at replacement value in respect of buildings and contents. It is advised that the Landlord obtains a rent indemnity policy.


The Landlord shall remain responsible for the security and well-being of the Property during vacant periods.


The Landlord undertakes to take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory undertakings including but not limited to The Fire and Furnishings Regulations 1988-Amended 1993, Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 and Gas Safety (Installation And Use) Regulations 1988.


The Landlord shall remain responsible for the protection of any deposit through their nominated scheme under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme legislation.


The Landlord undertakes to take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory undertakings including but not limited to The Fire and Furnishings Regulations 1988-Amended 1993, Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 and Gas Safety (Installation And Use) Regulations 1988.


The Landlord shall remain responsible for the protection of any deposit through their nominated scheme under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme legislation.


The Landlord agrees that there is a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the property and a copy of which will be supplied to Tenants4U within 7 days of marketing the property in line with the current EPC regulations.


The Landlord agrees that if their property requires a HMO licence under the HMO licensing scheme, they will acquire a licence prior to marketing the property. It is the landlord’s responsibility to establish whether their property will require a HMO licence and they agree to take all measures to establish if the property requires a HMO licence. The Landlord agrees that where necessary he has the appropriate planning consents from his local authority to let out his property to Tenants.


The landlord agrees that English Language instruction manuals will be provided for every gas, electrical, solid or oil burning appliance, including all central heating systems in the Property.


The Landlord is responsible for ensuring that all white goods, heating and hot water systems, appliances and other appliances are in good and proper working order at the start of the tenancy


The Landlord agrees to conduct any viewings at the property.


It is the Landlords responsibility to ensure that any descriptions of the Property on the website www.moveplots.com and on other relevant marketing material are correct and notify Moveplots.com of any amendments required. The Landlord agrees that all the information he has provided to Moveplots.com is correct to the best of his knowledge and belief. The Landlord shall indemnify Moveplots.com and any other associated parties against any claim made in respect of any mis-description that arises out of the Landlords failure to adhere to this condition and agrees to reimburse and compensate the Agent for all losses suffered.

When you use the email a friend feature of this Site we record which properties you have sent to the friend, solely so that we can track the popularity of those properties. We record the other details provided in the email for internal monitoring of the service. We will NOT add any information collected in this manner to our mailing lists or inform the advertiser, to protect you and the recipient’s privacy.

Registering with us

If you register with us, we save the details you provide and use them to enable us to personalize the service we offer to you. You can update your details at any time via the site. When you are signed in, we automatically pre-populate your saved details on contact forms.

Saving properties

If you register with us and saved property you are interested in, we can identify which properties you have saved. We may anonymously aggregate these details to indicate how many users have saved a particular property, but we will not make available to third parties any personal data relating to which users have saved which properties.

Using the property alerts and saved searches

If you register with us, save searches and/or use the property alerts feature to receive notification when new properties matching your criteria are added to this Site, we record the settings you use and which properties have been sent to you. We do not make any information about any property that has been sent to you available to our advertisers or third parties.

Who has access to the information you provide or we collect

Your details will be shared with Paypal for security reasons to process payments and we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Moveplot does not accept liability for any issue arisen from misleading details of property. Landlords and Vendors have an obligation to give us a true reflection of their property details and condition..

Details held by us about a property do not comprise personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. Moveplot may use the data which we hold about properties advertised to provide professional valuation services and other data services to third parties.

Who we upload to

Moveplot has partnering property websites which we will upload your information to if this option is included within your package purchase.


All of our products and services are non refundable, also if your account is cancelled or removed due to unacceptable use of our website you will not be refunded for any products or services changed.

Changes to the policy

We may change this policy from time to time as we add new services or features or in response to changes in the law or our commercial arrangements. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this Site.
